Is copper pipe included in the installation price?
Usually a short standard length is included. Extra pipe, a stand or long wiring is charged separately; ask for the total before work starts.
Why does the mistri need to do a vacuum?
A vacuum removes air and moisture from the pipes. Skipping it can reduce cooling and harm the compressor over time.
Can you move my AC without losing gas?
Yes, if it is working: the mistri pumps the gas back into the outdoor unit before removing it. A short top-up may still be needed if the pipes are long.
